- All staff are inducted and trained for their specific roles.
- We carry out in-house inductions for all new staff (and existing staff on new sites).
- We have continuous assessment and training programmes for all staff.
- We don’t send any staff to any site WITHOUT the necessary qualifications and/or training.
- We implement a colour-coded system for all of our sites – which is easy to understand and follow.
- We have Health & Safety files in each of our Contract Cleaning Site cupboards – which are covered in our staff inductions.
- We carry out Risk Assessments and Method Statements, which are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- We have specialist Cleaning Contractor Insurance Policies.
- COSHH documentation is provided for ALL chemicals used by our team.

- CSCS (Construction Skills Health & Safety).
- Construction Site Supervisors Safety Certificate.
